“Paper Art – Kuan Yin (6),” Print, 8″x11″, $5.99 Ea

After painting, drawing many images of Kuan Yin , who is the Buddhist Goddess of Great Compassion , I wish to express the beauty and serenity of Kuan Yin with a different form. So, I tried it with the art of paper-cutting to create the beautiful images of Kuan Yin in paper form. Here is one of my creations. This image depicts Kuan Yin holding a lotus light which represents her light of compassion. Kuan Yin’s light of compassion shines over all directions and at all sentient beings. Buddhism speaks to all people, irrespective of nationality, gender, or race.
